It is acceptable to submit more than one abstract.

Abstract Format
  • Abstract should be written in the English language
  • The abstract should not exceed 2000 characters
  • Indicate the topic and type of your presentation
  • The abstract should include the title, names of all contributors (without titles), department, institution, city and country.
  • Names of author and co-authors have to be submitted in the following way: First and Last name (example: John Smith)
  • Contact author (presenter) should submit his/her phone and e-mail address
  • It is preferable that submitted abstract has: the goal, material and methods, results, conclusion
Before you get started…

Type your abstract in a common Word Processor (e.g. MS Word). Please save a copy of the file with the abstract text only (no title or authors). This file can then be used for copy/paste directly into the online abstract submission. Special characters are widely supported.

When entering the site…
First Time Users:
  • 1. Enter the abstract submission page and click “New Abstract Submission”
  • 2. Fill in all required fields and save your information by clicking “Finish” on the online form.
  • 3. The confirmation e-mail with information about submitted abstract and abstract number will be sent to the e-mail address provided in your online abstract submission.
Submitting another abstract:

1. Enter the abstract submission site and click “New Abstract Submission”

3. The confirmation e-mail with information about submitted abstract and abstract number will be sent to the e-mail address provided in your online abstract submission. Please remember your abstract number in case you would like to edit your abstract.

Corrections – Withdrawal and Editing an abstract already submitted
  • Changes, withdrawals and editing can be made by sending the new summary on mail marina.stefanac@spektar-holidays.hr.

It is acceptable to submit more than one abstract. Each abstract has to be written in English (font: Arial, size:10). An abstract should include aim, methods, results and conclusion of the study in a single paragraph. An abstract can be presented as a poster or spoken presentation. However, since the number of spoken presentations is limited, Program Committee will select the abstracts to be accepted for spoken presentations. Authors wishing to be considered for spoken presentation should complete the appropriate box during abstract submission. To submit your abstract on-line click here.

Review of Abstracts

The Program Committee will review all abstracts in full confidentiality with the aid of ad hoc reviewers. The Committee reserves the right to decline presentation of any abstract devoid of scientific content or merit or merely announcing the availability of a resource or service. Authors will be notified by the end of September whether their abstract has been accepted and, where relevant, whether it has been selected for spoken presentation.
